1. Who operates this service

Legend Clean Pro is the cleaning-services website and proposed marketplace operated by The Legend Crew LLC. Contact: Jahmod Kwame White (Mr. White), (332) 373-9556, 670 Castle Hill Ave, Bronx, New York. The website contact form can also be used for written requests. This business mailing address is not a walk-in service location.

The provider identified in the confirmed booking is responsible for the agreed cleaning service. Company-provided work and work offered by an independent business must be identified before booking. These terms do not remove any responsibility that the law places on the platform, the hiring party, or the service provider.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to arrange cleaning at the service address. Sign-in uses Supabase with Google or an email link. Provide accurate contact and service details; do not impersonate another person. We do not collect your Google password. A professional account requires separate application review.

Protect your sign-in credentials and promptly report unauthorized use. We may restrict abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or unsafe activity. Any restriction will not eliminate your rights to amounts owed, applicable refunds, or legally required notices.

3. Requests, scope, and service conditions

An estimate, preferred arrival window, or saved request is not a confirmed appointment. The named provider must confirm availability, scope, access, price, and any material exclusions. Work beyond the confirmed scope requires a new price and your agreement before it begins. No automatic recurring membership is created.

Tell the provider about pets, fragile items, access restrictions, special materials, and known hazards. Secure valuables and arrange lawful access. Do not submit door codes, alarm codes, or sensitive health information through the request form. Unsafe or materially different conditions may require an alternative appointment, revised quote, or cancellation with the applicable refund.

Standard services exclude asbestos, lead or mold remediation, biohazards, pest treatment, hazardous chemicals, high-rise exterior work, structural repair, and work requiring specialized permits or credentials unless expressly and lawfully arranged outside the standard offering. Awning and gate work requires material and access assessment.

4. Prices, sales tax, and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Estimates show the service charge, discount, estimated tax, and total. There is no separate customer platform surcharge. For approved independent professionals, an agreed commission is deducted from their discounted service price, excluding sales tax. Residential hourly rates are proposals for launch. Window pricing begins at $15 per window; awning cleaning has a $115 minimum; gate work starts at $40 and depends on scope. Displayed starting prices do not guarantee a final quote.

NYC taxable cleaning services generally use an 8.875% combined sales-tax rate. Estimates apply this rate to the discounted service price. The actual treatment must be checked for the service address, any valid exemption, discount funding, and the parties’ tax obligations. Required vendor registration must be completed before taxable sales.

After confirmation, enabled checkout sends you to Stripe to review and approve one payment for that booking. Stripe displays the final tax and total. Payment-card information is entered on Stripe, not stored in this application. A booking becomes Paid only after server verification; a browser return or saved estimate is not proof of payment. No subscription or authorization for future off-session charges is created. Company service receipts go to The Legend Crew LLC’s Stripe balance. Independent-professional payments use Stripe Connect under the disclosed commission and seller arrangement. Bank payouts depend on verification, balances, fees, refunds, disputes, and the processor’s schedule.

5. Offers and honest advertising

LEGEND20 is a proposed first-clean promotion: 20% off the service subtotal, capped at $50, one use per customer, with no stacking or cash value. The discount reduces the service price; estimated tax is calculated on that reduced price, subject to the applicable tax treatment. Eligibility is checked when you submit a request; an active request may reserve the offer. An unpaid cancelled or declined request releases the reservation. The business must approve the offer before public launch.

We do not promise a particular savings amount, availability, professional credential, review score, insurance policy, or background-check result unless supported by current evidence. Starting rates and any minimum hours must be disclosed alongside the offer. No customer review may be fabricated or conditioned on a positive rating.

6. Problems, cancellations, and consumer rights

The cancellation and refund policy is part of the proposed service terms. Report a concern as soon as reasonably possible so the provider can investigate and propose an appropriate correction, re-clean, or refund. A request to report promptly does not shorten any legal deadline or waive a consumer remedy.

New York consumer-protection law prohibits covered unfair, deceptive, or abusive practices. Nothing here waives nonwaivable consumer or worker rights, responsibility for fraud or gross negligence, or remedies that applicable law preserves. No forced arbitration or class-action waiver is included in this draft.

7. Disputes and changes

Contact Mr. White first when possible to seek a practical resolution. New York law and applicable federal law govern, without limiting mandatory protections of another applicable jurisdiction. A dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, including small claims when eligible. No term restricts reporting to a regulator or cooperating with an investigation.

Material changes will be disclosed before they apply to new transactions. The terms and confirmed scope applicable when a service is agreed control that service, except where law requires otherwise. A court’s rejection of one provision does not make the remaining lawful provisions ineffective.
